Touch: tap the five care buttons along the bottom — feed, wash, play, rest, train; tap the creature itself to pet it; in a training round tap the glowing chimes back in the order they lit; the pause and sound buttons sit top right; when it feels blue, tap “give it a hug” · Keyboard: F feed, C wash, P play, R rest, T train; 1-5 answer the training chimes; Space or Enter starts and dismisses; Esc or P pauses; M mutes; H hugs.
About:
A gentle keep-a-creature toy in the spirit of the pocket virtual pets of the late 1990s, made in-house for Leetdom. A small cloud-creature floats in a soft sky that drifts from dawn to dusk and back. Four needs — fed, fresh, fun and rested — ebb at their own pace, and four buttons answer them: a berry to feed, a drop to wash, a ball to play and a moon to rest. Keeping the needs up keeps its mood bright, and a bright mood slowly fills a bond meter.
Fill the bond and the creature blooms into its next shape — Spark, Puffling, Pufflet, Cloudlet and finally a glowing Nimbus — each a little rounder and more colourful than the last. A fifth button, train, starts a short echo-song: the creature plays a run of coloured chimes and you tap them back in order, and a clean round pours extra bond in, so attentive play grows it faster than care alone. Reach the Nimbus and it turns radiant and starts earning keepsake stars; you can keep its company or begin another.
It is built to be kind about absence. There is no hunger death and no decay clock running against you while the tab is closed — come back after an hour or a day and the creature has simply relaxed toward a calm resting state, never below a comfortable floor, and greets you. If its needs are neglected while you are watching it only goes a little blue, and a single tap of “give it a hug” lifts it straight back out. Everything in it — the art and the sound alike — is drawn and synthesised in code, with no image or audio files at all, and a mute button sits top right.

Phone check: 2026-10-03: the rules live in core.js as a deterministic fixed-step (1/60 s) simulation that a node test harness runs directly — tests/sim.js makes 30 assertions, all passing. It proves the loop is reachable without any debug aid: from a fresh creature the first bloom happens at ~22 s of attentive care, the five shapes are reached at about 22 / 128 / 375 s, radiant lands near 375 s, and even a lazy player who never trains still reaches the third shape by ~47 s; neglect produces a soft “gloom” (never death) and a single hug restores play; a closed-tab absence only relaxes needs toward a floor. In the browser: real CDP touch on a portrait (390x844) and landscape (844x390) phone plus mouse and keyboard on a 1280x800 desktop — 62 checks across the three profiles, with the title, tap/space to start, the full feed/wash/play first-minute loop driven by real input, petting, a training round completed by real chime taps, a bloom, the radiant screen and one-tap “raise another”, soft gloom and one-tap hug recovery, pause by icon and by hidden tab, mute, and reflow on resize. Zero console errors or exceptions, and no network requests beyond the local page, core.js and game.js. The test hook is read-only in production (it only warps or cheats under ?debug=1). localStorage is wrapped so the game still runs with storage blocked. Audio rendered offline (OfflineAudioContext, 30 s): idle graph is true silence, full-mix peak -8.5 dBFS, the music-box lullaby sits ~12 dB (rms) under the sound effects, energy above 6 kHz is ~27 dB below the mix so nothing is harsh, and fourteen distinct voices keep any one sound from droning.
