Space Company

By Sparticle999 (Alex Scruton) and contributors · Needs a keyboard and mouse · 2017

Play:

Touch: Taps work as clicks on the buttons, but the dense table layout is built for a desktop-width screen; a tablet in landscape is the smallest it suits. · Keyboard: Mouse only: click resources to gather them, then click the buy buttons in each tab. Everything is button-driven; no keys needed.

About:

A text-and-icons incremental in the Kittens Game tradition. You start by clicking for metal, gems and wood, build miners and storage, research energy and rocketry, launch to the Moon and the gas giants, and eventually run an interstellar operation with wonders, a Dyson swarm and prestige resets. Progress saves in your browser. Kongregate players rate it 3.71/5 from 6,809 votes, and it had an active subreddit and wiki. MIT-licensed by Sparticle999, whose licence asks to be told where the game is used; he has been. This copy has the original Google Analytics and Kongregate scripts removed and its Orbitron font self-hosted.
