About:

You play Em, a middle-aged former archivist reviewing surveillance data to make rent in a sealed, dying city that has already collapsed and rebuilt itself before. ~60,000 words, 30-60 minutes to an ending. Placed 4th of 70 at IFComp 2022, won an IGF Honorable Mention for Excellence in Narrative, and won Outstanding Worldbuilding and Outstanding Science Fiction Game at the 2022 IFDB Awards. Content warnings (optional sexual content, violence, illness, death, transphobia, homophobia) can be enabled from the title screen before anything sensitive occurs. This copy's background art and music, absent from the linked public source repository, were sourced from the developer's own official release.

No licence stated. Autumn Chen (itch.io: red-autumn) published this game without saying how it may be reused, so it is hosted here on the strength of credit alone: their name, a link to their own release, and nothing altered but what it took to run. If you are the author and would rather it were not here, get in touch and it comes down the same day.
