About:

Built for js13k 2023: the king's son Musa travels to strange new lands in search of an exotic gift for his mother, told through hand-drawn flat-vector scenes and dialogue. js13kgames.com's own judged results confirm it: 12th of the whole field for graphics, though mid-pack for gameplay and controls (53rd of the field for both) and weak on audio (139th).

Touch was confirmed genuinely interactive rather than a slideshow: dialogue advances on any tap, but scene progress requires tapping the specific interactive character or object, confirmed directly by tapping a fortune-teller and receiving new dialogue. Several js13k judges got stuck on obtuse puzzle logic mid-playthrough, which is worth knowing going in.
