About:

A tap-to-defend arcade game in the spirit of the 2000s Flash classics, made in-house for Leetdom. Jellies drift down toward six coral towns on the seabed. Tap anywhere in the water and a pearl shoots from the nearest of your three clams, then bursts into a bubble bloom where you tapped. Anything caught in the bloom pops, and every pop makes a smaller bloom of its own, so one good shot can take out a whole cluster. Pearls take a moment to arrive, so you have to aim where a jelly is going to be.

Each clam holds ten pearls a wave, and a clam that gets hit is out until the next wave. From wave 2, orange bloomers split into several small jellies partway down. From wave 3, mantas glide across and drop jellies as they pass. From wave 5, fast green darters dodge sideways when they see a burst coming. Every wave is faster than the last, and the water gets darker as you go deeper, from the sunlit shallows down to the hadal glow. At the end of each wave you score for the pearls you saved and the towns still standing, with a points multiplier that climbs every two waves. The first spare town comes at 10,000 points and each one after that needs a little more; a spare town gets rebuilt on the next wave's tally. Reach waves 4, 7, 10 and 13 to unlock them as starting points. Everything in it, the art and the sound included, is drawn and synthesised in code, with no image or audio files at all.

Phone check: 2026-09-30: independently QA'd: real CDP touch on a portrait (390x844) and landscape (844x390) phone, and mouse plus keyboard on a 1280x800 desktop: title, start, taps fire from the nearest clam, game over, one-tap restart. Zero console errors, no network requests, runs with localStorage blocked, pauses on a hidden tab. A human-like bot (150-300 ms reactions, imperfect lead, aim error) played waves 1-12 and whole games: casual runs end around wave 10-13 (about 5 minutes), skilled around 13-18.
